Qinghui FRP grating is a composite material profile made of E-glassfiber, unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl resin by molded process or pultrusion process. Frp molded grating is used in place of traditional materials for a FRP solution that fits a wide range of applications and environments.
The molded grating is made of glass fiber as reinforcing material and resin as matrix, which is made by interlacing glass fiber and resin casting and molding as a whole. There are mainly three types of molded grilles: square grille, rectangular grille and microporous grille. These three types of grilles can be used as stair boards after cutting and special edge sealing and other projects.
The characteristics of FRP grating are light weight, high strength, easy to cut and install. Made of resin and glass fiber composite materials, its density is small, not more than 2 kg, per cubic decimeter, only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum. Its strength is 10 times the horizontal strength of rigid PVC compared to aluminum and steel.
It is light weight and can be supported on a significantly reduced basis, thereby reducing the material cost of the project. It is easy to install without flares and large lifting equipment, and only a small number of hand and power tools make the installation cost also greatly reduced.
